Registration & Accomodation

Registration for the workshop and booking of accomodation can be performed using the two separate links on this page. The workshop venue has a limited capacity, so we encourage early registration and booking of accomodation to avoid disappointment!

Conference Fees and Registration

The prices in the table below include conference attendance; lunches on all days of the conference (Monday-Thursday); tea & coffee breaks during the sessions; the conference banquet and preceeding drinks reception; and a registration pack, including book of abstracts.

Registration and payment is through the University of Cambridge online sales system, which requires payment using a credit card. Conference registration fees are as follows (available until 22nd July 2022):

Normal Delegate Rate	£300
Invited Speakers Rate	£150

Accomodation Booking

B&B conference accomodation is available in the Stephen Hawking Building (SHB), part of Gonville and Caius College Cambridge. To provide flexibility for conference delgates, bookings will be made directly through the Caius Conferences website, where various different accomodation options are available.

Cancellation and refund policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the conference organiser. Once payment has been made, if the written cancellation notice is received:

1. at least six weeks prior to the first day of the event, a full credit/refund will be issued;
2. less than six weeks, but at least three weeks, prior to the first day of the event, a full credit/refund minus a 20% administrative charge will be issued;
3. less than three weeks prior to the first day of the event, or you do not attend the event, no refund will be issued.
